Lauren Conrad’s ex arrested for hurling shoes at a bouncer

Lauren Conrad’s ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler was arrested Friday night after getting kicked out of a bar and subsequently throwing his shoes at a bouncer. Police say a drunken Wahler got into it with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery in his hometown of Laguna Beach, CA, and eventually got himself thrown out.
Apparently he then somehow got back inside of the bar and he had to be escorted out again. But not before he took off his shoes and chucked them at the bouncer. Security came out to remove him and Wahler then threw a punch. Wahler appeared on the MTV reality show Laguna Beach, and a few times on The Hills, where he was famous for being the super-douche who Conrad finally kicked to the curb. Wouldn’t be his first time on a curb. The “actor” just got kicked off of a movie back on July 24, and still has 11 days left of probation from a drunken fight back in 2007. Looks like Wahler’s facing jail time!

Lauren Conrad is in amazing shape, so whatever her trainer says, I’m going to listen (and try to accomplish)! Her trainer Jarett Del Bene has been Tweeting his best tips for the general public, so we can all get a little guidance, gratis! If it’s working for Lauren, I’m game.
Jarett Del Bene’s tips include “To get great legs do lots of step-ups, squats and lunges” and “One way to get abs and a flat stomach is to eat 6 small meals a day … Try to eat every 3 hours.”
Yeah, I could step both those things up, so I’ll be following Del Bene on Twitter for more tips. In fact, he even wrote in July that’s he’s looking forward to questions from his “audience,” so perhaps I’ll Tweet at him and ask him something I’ve been wondering about. . . the best exercise to tone up the area close to the knees!

Kristin Cavallari Talks “The Hills” and replacing Lauren Conrad

Newcomer to “The Hills” Kristin Cavallari joined Chelsea Handler on her late-night show to discuss her arrival on the reality show. Cavallari admitted that her arrival on “The Hills” was meant as a replacement for Lauren Conrad, but that in reality she’s not replacing the former “Hills” star because they are different.
“[I’m] not really replacing her because we’re totally different people,” Cavallari said, adding that she is more energetic and Conrad more reserved. This, of course, equals more drama.
Holly Montag told MTV that the “Hills has been changed” since Cavallari’s arrival.
Already we know she doesn’t get along with “Hills” veteran Audrina Patridge over Justin Bobby—to which Cavallari insists she had nothing to do with him.
